Not Just In Missouri...
Hey Fellers,
Just a quick shout out to my Missouri brethren from North Carolina. Fall/winter bite is heating up down here and having talked to my Dad just now, sounds like Twain is starting to follow suit.
Tied on a few of Pierceall's "Thumper Jigs" yesterday (ThumperJigs Crappie Jigs) and had a ball. If you haven't tried them yet, give them a shot. Vance is a good 'ol boy and neighbor of ours at our cabin on Mark Twain. Pretty cool story behind how he got started also. I don't think he's trying to get rich on it, just a healthy pastime to keep him out of trouble:

Looks like a good catch, was stationed in NC back in the day, 50 something years agol.....and I too miss those Mark Twain get togethers.
