I've drank Your Tea my friend and like it. Pouring all my jigs with smaller hooks now as well as fishing with the small ones made for winter. I get hung up less too. Good "Gold" found in your comments many of your posts back.

Might have taken a texas rigged soft plastic some bass fisherman was throwing and it turned out to be too much of a hookset for it.
I caught my lifetime best crappie with a 4" Stanley Halecraw texas rigged. Thought I was fighting a great bass until I saw that it was a crappie and about fainted :fish :Rofl
Maybe so , never know in that spot , lots of folks dipping hooks in the water
