Drop shot weights
Been having trouble with weights not holding tight and if you pinch it tighter the line breaks. I'm going to try sinker stops with 1/8 egg sinkers after my order arrives. Anybody tried this? Good? Bad?

Tie a couple square knots below the weight, that helps me when using 2-4lb line. They usually hold well with 6lb from my experience
But ive transitioned to just using good ol bell sinkers and tying them on. Easier in the end and i typically dont mind losing a fly hook and panfish plastic if the weight gets hung

Here’s some of the best drop shot weighs there are. I fished these a lot and never hung one up. Plus they are made by a well known member.

I use the rubber stops and beads with egg sinker often. Works good and easy to adjust by sliding up or down the line. Sort of like this article.
