What are you wanting to clamp to it?
I’ll bet he’s looking for a multiple rod holder, and yes they’re made. I can’t tell you who makes e but I’ve seen em before.

Not looking for rod holders. Looking for something that I can build off of to clamp lights for night fishing or possible Livescope mount in future.
Like a little table that sits over the cleat and maybe a u bolt to tighten it down.

Extreme Fishing Concepts did sell cleat mounted bases, but I believe he went out of business. Maynard was a great guy to deal with but he was having trouble getting components in early June when we last spoke. I believe he's got a facebook page even if the other site is down.
If you have rod holders like a salt water boat does there’s all kind of options for those, bait table/cutting board is one.
