STUPID GOOD !
So how could a grilled cheese samitch be STUPID GOOD you might ask ....
well until you tried one of mine you just dont know ....
me has refined da grilled cheese samitchez to that next level ....
a ciabatta split and buttered lightly ....
put inside down a hot cast iron under the bacon press ....
a minute or so to get good and hot and back out for the cheese application ....
spinkle a tiny lil bit of onion powder and garlic powder and then comes the cheese ....
this time it was white Velveeta , some extra sharp and a slice of pepper jack .....
i have been known to change up the cheeses btw ....:Rofl
back under the bacon press and toast it well ,,,,,
the ciabatta will flatten out as it toasts up ,,,,,
i could go on about that next level of yummy ,,,
but try one yourself if you got the press and the cast iron ,,,,AND then,
thank me later ....:highfive

Looks good and I bet my girls would enjoy that. It also looks Blackstone worthy.

Looks Italian my Friend, very appetizing to say the least. I like those Popcorn Crappie fillets waiting for consumption you have resting on the side of your Sandwich too.

Yep, I've been doing the same here, except with rye bread. Love rye bread. Mine lately is with fresh cucumbers on the side. My garden is taking a beating in this heat, so I try to keep up. Prefer queso fresco and cotija cheese myself for grilled cheese sandwiches. Fresh blackberries make a fine dessert.

This might be considered a whole different thing I don’t know -
But I like to make something similar and then slip in a piece or two of super thin sliced, pan near-blackened spam in there too [emoji16]
