but to be sure it is likely I will fall short on my quest to 500 crappie this month .
nearing the number was me and then it seems time and this heat is bringing me to a close on the quest ....
no worries , other fish in the future will make this months fish seem far away , but as of right now it seems just under 500 will be the final count for the month ...:banghead
Well, whatever the number turns out to be it won’t be shabby. You also have to keep in mind you are coping with one of the hottest places on earth right now.

got to remember this though ,the local waters get visited by me pretty often every week , so if nothing else , just my time on the water gives me a decided advantage on the total number of fish I ketch ....
can't ketch them from the couch ya know .....but with technology going as fast as it is .....they will likely cure that issue pretty soon .....:Rofl
They seem to be finding a way to take the fishing out of fishing every day. Technology sometimes makes me shake my head. I read where they have rods with a built in accelerometer like your cell phone. It tells you when you've had a nibble. Just take a nap and wait for a buzz from your rod.Quote:
