Great Customer Service

If you folks want to deal with top notch service, i had a good experience with Crappiecove.com

I ordered some jig heads, and they didn't have all that i ordered in stock, not a big deal to me really, things happen. The cost was removed from my order, and the remaining inventory was shipped to me quick and without issue. Fast forward a couple weeks and i get a phone call from them, an actual person, asking if i wanted to purchase what they were out of stock on initially and they would ship them to me for free!!

When i received my purchase, there was a hand written note on the receipt thanking me for my business and apologizing for being out of stock initially.

I don't know about your neck of the woods, but for me, that is top notch service. I encourage you fishermen to try them out.
