Did it on the travel sized Blackstone. Probably should have gotten the bigger one
My daughter noticed right away it was done on Blackstone. I've been letting her help and cook on ours. She helped with breakfast the other day.
They certainly do breakfast very well. I usually cook breakfast sausage to the number of 60 pieces at a time. Then I bag them up and freeze them for a quick breakfast before work. Quick, easy and only one mess to clean up. Makes short work of bacon and sausage. Can cook a mighty fine steak on it as well. Gets a great sear and crust on it.
A soft bun , lettuce , tomato and a lil mayonnaise and man would that be a fish samitch :highfive
