I was talking about the chairs I switched to from the Millennium sidekick.
I decided to go with these because they gave me more freedom of movement. Yes, I that it's one more set-up. I'll take that over fighting arms and tripping over arms.Attachment 457904

I use these in my blinds really nice. Tried them in boat ended up on floor couple of times put them back in blind.

Leave it up to you to get to the problem! No they would skid around a bit when trolling and if you were not paying attention a leg might get a bit off kilter and when you sat down be pretty wobley!
If they end up not working because the base is a little narrow, I have the base from the plastic chairs, which are very stable. I do like these 1000 times better than the sidekick set-up.
