LIVESCOPE QUESTION

I just upgraded from a 93sv to 126sv. The 126sv the livescope will work on my buddy boat but when I hook it up on my boat the livescope will not work but the 93sv works just fine on my boat. I called garmin and first thing he said was that is "odd". They are sending me a card to try an update but he wasn't to sure that would fix my problem. I am not sure if it means anything or not but I got the 93sv when livescope first came out and it is not the ultra hd........With that being said does anybody have any ideals??? THANKS

What software was the 93? Sounds like the black box is not current on the updated software on the 126.

The software should be 23.10 on the 126.

The software is 23.10 and it take the cradle off and put it back on. But crappiepappy sent me a video that said if you put a new box and transducer on you need to do a factory reset so it will look for it. And before I put it on my boat I hooked it up on my buddies boat so maybe that is it too. If that don't work garmin is send me a card to do a update on it too. Thanks for the replies.
