Just moo cow
wasn't fancy , wasn't complex , wasn't difficult ....
left over this and that and a BIG ole Slab a just moo cow ...
seasoned up and dropped in the cast iron on medium heat under the bacon press...
flipped it once and put the bacon press back on it and turned off the stove .....
(dont be fooled by the appearance of the finished meat item)
it was absolute perfection on the taste buds ....
3/4 lb a YES SIR was the meal a the day ....
and yes I opted for the largest of the seasoned slabs btw ....:yikes
no bun , no bread , just a big ole fat pc. a ground up moo cow ....
dressed it lightly with a mayo/siracha/ketchup sauce as it got consumed ...
mmmmmm man was it tasty ya"ll
it just flat out dont git much better on the plate :highfive
AND yes ....
i know i know , it ain't a crappie ....
BUT it was for fact sure a SLAB ....:Rofl
