Leak?

Question. I partially filled my 16' Duranautic with water and observed it coming out from the forward keel weep hole. Nothing from strake holes or elsewhere. Does this indicate a leak behind the keel or is there some way water normally flows from inside to the keel and out the weep hole? I suspect a hole but before going any further want to check with those in the know. Thanks!

If water from inside the boat is getting outside the boat I am saying leak

Thanks. Eagle, pics would show nothing more than the weep hole. Hoping to avoid pulling decks etc. so may try gluvit on the keel from the outside/bottom to begin.

Instead of gluevit I would use JB Weld Steelstik it is more like a putty once mixed and can be worked into the hole, be sure every thing is clean ( Acetone or Lacquer thinner ) and maybe rough up the surface with some sand paper. This is much much harder then normal JB Weld two part in the tubes, I have used this to repair many things that the JB Weld in the tubes would not hold.
