1/24th jigs needed....

Figured you all would be the best place to ask. I LOVE a 1/24th jig (with collar, as I use hollow body tubes) with a #2, and a #4 sickle hook. I bought from a very nice gentleman the past few years from Louisiana, but cannot find his info. Anyone help me with this? Anyone make them? Let me know.....I'm thinking about 100 of each.
