Good looking ties
Peacock is a great fish attractor but fragile. Wort the effort though when you land a couple of fish, eh? What material is the collar and how did you spin it on there? Looks great!
Yeah, the fragile nature of peacock herl could be a problem. But like you said, if you can catch a couple of fish it might be okay depending on what those two fish look like.
The previous jig before this one took into account the fragile nature of the material and used a feather underneath for some additional support.

Maybe try the smallest sized peacock chenille for the tail? Im not sure the peacock hurl will last more than one bluegill peck.
