I have drift master spider rig pole holders but looking for some ideas as to what you all use to hold your fishing poles while you're removing fish, our changing bait.
I use the 4 pole version of this from Cornfield Fishing Gear on both sides of the rear of my bow deck. They work amazingly well. Attachment 447353
The Cumberland Crappie rocket launchers that bolt to the front of the rod holder tee bar are handy for that.

I used to just release the bail on my reel and place it back in the holder…or I’d go hardcore and just lay it down in the boat.
