Speaking of batteries
So as I was replying to the other thread about batteries, I stop and realize "Shoot! I think I left my battery on charge." Call the wife, she checks the shed and yes the charger is plugged in. Darn it!
Oh yeah. I left the battery on a 6 AMP charge since Sunday evening! :)
So here's the question. Do you think I did any damage to my battery? It was probably less than half way discharged Sunday evening when I put it on the charger. There was no boil over or visible leaking from the caps.
I don't think my charger has an auto shut off or at least it doesn't say it.

If the fluid levels are still up its probably ok. If you want to be sure take it by an auto parts store and have them load test it for you. Or bring it to me and I'll do it for you.

Most trickle chargers now a day have a safety feature that'll just keep them at charge in case you leave them plugged in. If you want to be sure though do what Bill said.
