There is Bass Pro shop in Denham Springs that is close to Baton Rouge and Cabela's also I believe in Baton Rouge

There is a Orvis shop on bluebonnet. Don't know what they have. Might be worth a call.

Cabelas in Gonzales has a lot of fly tying stuff, so might something there.
