Has anyone ever used these? and do they work?
I fish from the bank and I am looking for some type of jig head that does not snag on everything.
Thanks.

I've been using weedless jigheads for several decades and yes they work just fine. I've not used the BBJ's single strand fiber style weedless jig, but see no reason why they wouldn't work.
Just remember .... they're "weedless", not "snagless" nonono ... and they can & will hang up on things.
When a jig is dragged over an object the weight of the upturned hook will cause it to fall over. This is why the jig gets snagged. It's also the reason I prefer the multi-fiber "brush" style weedguards on my jigs, because I can "fan out" the fibers and widen the distance between the hook point and the outermost fibers of the weedguard. :twocents
I usually make my own weedless jigs like Richard Gene. Very easy to do and if you tie jigs then adding the mono is even easier. If you haven’t seen this before I highly recommend it.

if you run a fat plastic on a number 6 hook and then cover the point with a crappie nibble you are twice as likely to not snag the wrong underwater items .....just saying :Rofl
