UL telescopic rods revisited!
Hello everyone, not much these days can get me excited over except when a new purchase arrived to the front door, especially if these purchases happened to be a new fishing rod or reel..lol. Well today I took delivery of another telescopic rod from oversea, a Major Craft Native trout serie. My past travel rod was a ML geared toward saltwater pier and jetty fishing excursions and I was in need of a TRUE affordable UL telescopic rod for panfish and trout. Back in August several members posted questions looking for the same answer and I came to conclusion that Daiwa Wise Stream rod was out of my price range so I waited. I didn’t know when Major Craft produced these Native mobile version of its Trapara ( which I own), but it’s a no brainer since I love the quality of the 2pc Trapara XUL to bits! These photos point out important UL-specifications that are lagging when searching the net, including material quality and craftsmanship. Hope they help those still on the fence.
