Indian Creek/Limestone kayak trip
Got to Indian creek at 7. First laydown I caught 2 keepers. Lost a big one. And a few shorts. Went on up the creek and nothing else. Left around 12 and just for the heck of it went to Limestone. Caught a few shorts on my favorite laydown. Decided to go to the middle pit just to see. I was paddling to the back corner and heard something to my right along the bank. I looked and saw something in the grass. I knew it was big and figured I knew what it was. I went and turned around to come back out and when I got close I knew it was a gator. He had come off the bank and got caught up in the grass growing by the bank. As I got closer he did a move to get out of the grass. He went airborne and landed just in front of me. Yeah it freaked me out. I’ll post some pics when I get time. Biggun.
