I just bought Mega Live. I have Mega 360.
How close can I mount them to each other without interference?
I'm not mounting them on my trolling motor.

I have mine mounted on my Ultrex but haven’t noticed any cross talk interference.

Seriously considering putting them on opposite sides of the bow. Mega 360 on teh Port side, and Mega Live on Starboard side. I'm left handed and hold my poles with my left hand and prefer to fish off the Port side of teh boat. My right hand will be free to navigate Mega Live, which will be behind me while fishing.
Although, there is one benefit to placing the Mega Live on the Port side, the handle will be between my legs while aimed to the port side. The downside is reaching across my body to make adjustments while fishing off the bow or starboard side.
I got both mounted and made the maiden voyage last weekend. Updated my software on the Helix units, Mega360, and Mega Live before heading out. Mega Live didn't want to work at first. I tried a variety of things. Even found settings to "turn it on" (I forgot the technical name HB uses. Still nothing. No signal but the unit was showing on the HB 9" Gen4. Then I remembered buying a used ethernet port. two of the ports are my HB units, the 3rd is my Terrova I-Pilot Link and the 4th was the Mega Live. I moved ML from port #3 to port #4 and everything worked. Port #3 must have issues. When I add a 2nd unit to the bow, I'll run ML to that sonar unit, and that sonar unit to the #4 port. I ran a spare power line to the bow for the next unit.
I was impressed with the sensitivity. Fishing 25' deep with a small minnow under a slip bobber. The ML picked up the 1" minnow and the tiny split shot above it no problem.
