I get these jobs out of my shop and I want to join you. My old smoker thinks I have got a mistress somewhere as it has not been charged up with pork and brisket in it seems, a half a century. Looks great.

the price of meat sure makes it somewhat of a burden to light up the wood these days .
to be sure though , them ribs was likely just ,,,,mmmm KABOOM
