Small fish Thursday

The creek was pretty stingy with me today as far as size goes. The Smallies were small, caught a half dozen or so, and that Lil' Gill, well he was just little. He is only my second Bluegill in two months of fishing this creek so he was a nice surprise. There was a older gentleman, who when he saw me take the net out of the truck remarked "I didn't think there were fish big enough in there for that net". Just smiled. Net is not that big, I mean it's not like I had my carp fishin net. Well, I should have know right there I wasn't gonna be needing it today.Attachment 434652Attachment 434653Attachment 434654
