Tried em as nuggets ,fingers and one whole fish .....
really surprised at how well they ate , no fishy flavor at all :dono
reminded me of native brookies from back when , sure was tasty ....:cheers2
egg bath , scored , rolled in the mix of bread crumbs, corn meal and etc. and put to rest in some hot canola oil in the cast iron , 3 to 4 minutes per side on the whole fish ,pretty much fish consumption perfection it was ,,,,,
