Bought new in February or March from BPS. I can't get it adjusted where I'm happy. I've sent it back to HB they tested unit said it was in perfect running order. I would like to get $1200.00 for it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have Mega Live, was pretty happy with it on previous update but for me a big step backwards with latest update IMO. Overall I prefer Livescope, just better detail. Been thinking of selling my ML as well. Real!y, really good price on yours at $1,000. Well worth me holding onto mine for awhile if yours doesn't sell quickly at that price!
