Looking to make my crappie tacos today, just don’t know which would be better, to fry or blackstone griddle um. Which to y’all fellows prefer?
I prefer blackened for tacos.
But hey there is always opportunity to do both at some point.
Both are great. Do em one way today and the prepare the fish the other way next time. You can’t go wrong either way. :biggrin
For tacos I prefer blackened. But a whole lot of people like em fried.

Hard to go wrong either way
I don't own a Blackstone (yet). How do you keep them from sticking/burning? I'm trying to wrap my feeble mind around the correct procedure before I pull the trigger. Currently, I use the wire baskets when I want grilled fish.
Quick search on YouTube and I found a video on blackened cod fish. It’s basically like using a seasoned cast iron pan. The cook starts about 3:30 mark.
