He is good with a knife. A couple of years or so back we were trying to catch enough crappie for our weekly crappie tacos but the crappie wouldn't cooperate. He was told you can't fillet them, they are too small. He replied, "watch me".
We caught over 60 of those small bluegills and it took him about 15 minutes to reduce them to nice-looking fillets. Since I love the taste of bluegill more than I do crappie those bluegill tacos tasted delicious. But he didn't agree when I suggested we start having bluegill tacos every week instead of crappie tacos. :Rofl
But those were beautiful-looking bluegill fillets. I didn't think it could be done but he proved if you were good with a knife it could be done. :highfive
