The wife and I met up with Slab yesterday and we hit the surf to do some scalloping down on the FL coast. The water was a very comfortable 87 degrees. We were in about 4 FOW the whole time. We managed to catch our limit while on a 4 hour charter with Ken Mullins, of Reel Epic Charters. If you have never done the underwater egg hunt for scallops, and you like to snorkel, this is a great trip for everyone.

Slab also put a post up on the Florida forum page. He has some cool videos and more pics in there so you can see what it was like. Here's what dinner looked like tonight with a mix of scallops and some shrimp. Absolutely delicious!!
