Had two good fish escape trying to horse them thru shoreline weeds which are terrible this year and two others that ended up snagging in a submerged tree top. Three nice ones were landed without incident thankfully.Attachment 429415Attachment 429416Attachment 429417

I’ve had a few flop off the hook and back into the pond while trying to take a picture of them .
And they usually fin me at least once . :)
lost my first 2 bluegill yesterday as well .....:banghead
must be a new virus , have not seen the cdc warning about it yet , but it is obviously one of those you need a shot to avoid it things ...:Rofl
They will head for the weeds like a magnet!
