8 lbs power pro slick 8 is 1 lbs diameter. 10 pound is 2lbs diameter. K9 5 lbs is really thin also
Varivas.
I'm using PowerPro 10/2 (10# strength - 2# diameter) and have used their 8/1
I have a Cabela's, Sportsman's Whse, Dick's Sporting Goods, and many Walmart stores in town ... all of which I can get PowerPro & other brands of braid, either by visiting the store or ordering online.
Just be careful when ordering online (at any store/outlet) and make sure you're ordering what you want (# test, line color, spool size) as sometimes the box/spool pictured says one thing and the description says something else. Always double check your "cart" before finishing your order.
Varivas Infinity PE X8 line. Diameter is .095mm. That’s same size as a true one pound test mono line. Rated break strength is 5.6 pounds….and that is exactly what it breaks at. You won’t find a thinner braided line…and a site sponsor too. This is a premium line. I’ve been using it for a little over a year now with no issues at all.

K9 Fishing Crappie Braid is rated at 5 pounds and is thinner than sewing thread. I’ve used it a lot and really like it.

best take pliers and make sure EVERY single eye let on every single jig and hook is TOTALLY closed unless you enjoy the frustration of losing lots of fish , just saying .....that super thin thread like stuff slips thru TINY gaps with regularity ,,,,this is fact
I like the Sufix nanobraid in two pound. Tiny stuff and it’s tough.
