Great day on KY Lake
Outdoor Writer Tim Huffman was in town for a writers conference and I had the pleasure to fish with him. Our day started out with a bang when Tim caught the biggest sauger I have ever seen on a Bone Orange Pico INT. Attachment 427069
When I netted it I really couldn’t wrap my head around a 21 inch sauger! The largest I’ve ever seen.
Later Tim caught this 15” slab on a Pico Purple/Pink crank. Attachment 427070
I had a wonderful time having Tim on my Storm Cat 230.

BTW, the sauger was released in good standing. The crappie didn’t fare as well.

Dang! That is a whopper! I love catching crappie when trolling but icing on the cake to catch a saugeye every now and then.
