defrosted 4 fillets out of the bag of 12 , tossed on some spices and pan seared em in bacon grease in the ole cast iron .....
tossed em on some tortillas and used some cheddar they also gave us ....
turned out much better than I expected , farm raised kitty fish are not all that bad it seems as a food item ...
but it is still eating a darn catfish no matter how you cook it .....nonono
said a quick prayer to the crappie god on the wall for forgiveness :crazy:.....
and had at em ......:yikes
