Made a big mess but no deaths. It was dark, so I didn't see it and our tornado warning system failed. Lot of high wind. Tornado was bout 1/2 mile from where we live. We lost power for about 6 hours. We didn't even know there was a tornado till next day.

Hey, Tom .... the only time I've even been remotely close to a tornado was when I was in a motorhome down at Douglas Lake. It rocked the motorhome a bit, but since we were up the hill from the lake I just thought it was thunderstorm winds. Didn't find out until the next day that a tornado had sprung up at the lake.
Glad to hear you two are OK !! I've got one of those weather warning radio thingys, but never use it because it goes off all the time for the least thing related to weather. I'll send it to you if you want it. Devil Icon
