Finally got the first fish of 2022! Went to Grayson yesterday with fellow member and friend C.D.
Launched from Newfoundland ramp and even tho lake was at winter pool, the water levels seemed much lower than This time last year. Water was very tricky to navigate as most of it was less than 5 ft deep. Made it to our spot and caught roughly about 20 each. Tried to fire up to motor to head back toward the ramp, my big motor was dead again. Gona tear into it this week and see if I can get it running better.
Over all we finished with 53 fish total. Biggest crappie we caught was 8.5 inches. Using minnows. Water temp was 48-50. Good first trip for the year. Attachment 422348Attachment 422349Attachment 422350
