Onboard charging x vs y
Today I was doing research on battery chargers for work and found the NOCO brand charger. This charger no matter which one with how many banks, they all have positive reviews. I currently have a ProMarine onboard, but this has me wondering if I need to swap over.
Do any of you have any input on NOCO? Price point wise the gap is $12 difference in favor of the NOCO.

I have a NOCO. Works great, no problems. You'll find most lithium battery sellers recommend NOCO.
-
I have good results too. Keep ‘em in mind should you need to replace in the future.
-
Good results. I have mixed type batteries and you can program each bank for different type batteries. I have two of the 3 bank units. Neither boat has caught on fire as of today.
-
I've never had any problems with Pro Marine. Don't fix it if it ain't broke.

My boat came with a NOCO 4 bank it lasted less than a year and one bank went out. It was slowly replaced under warranty and the replacement has been going for 5 years.

If it’s working I wouldn’t replace it .but if it goes out my choice would be NoCo had a pro marine that lasted only few days past warranty and of course wouldn’t make it up so I went with NoCo very pleased .:twocents

I have a Pro Marine 3 bank. It has worked great.
If it dies maybe I replace it with something different. Until then I will let it do it's job

My Dual Pro 3 bank 10 amp has been flawless going on 22 years, I probably just jinxed it.

Oh I'm definitely not in the business of buying and replacing things that work. I'll keep this on the back burn when and if mine fails or I need to upgrade. I know the ProMarine has served me well for 2 years now.
