Excellent!
Nice catch, I never caught a crappie more than 30 ft down until Tuesday. lol I need to fish Stockton more!
Good Job Richard, we could not find a parking place at Cedar ridge so launched at State Park, lots of boats, lots of fish on graph, but hard to get to with twenty plus boats on top of them, and it was only Ladybear and I in boat everyone else had 4-6 folks per boat, when I caught one usually someone would crowd close enough I could just toss in their livewell, gonna stay home and replace my water pump impeller today....
Great job! Look tasty
Nice sink full
:ThumbsUp
Nice Haul, Richard. Them's deep!!
So...what size bait were you using? and....if it were something small and light, did you use a sinker + leader line to get the small/light jig down there faster? Or just wait ages for it to sink that far?
So I was using a double rig 1/4 oz with a 1/16 above. Because I want to get back into them fast. Pink head for some reason really mattered. Monkey milk or chartreuse tail got faster bites. If you don't see them on your screen you won't get bit. Little tap set hook. If you have problems drop to bottom feel up 5 turns slowly feel up.
