Can anyone tell me if this charger will work on both agm and flooded batteries and at the same time have them mixed like one starter flooded and two agm trolling motor.
The information I have is not clear at all.

My Minn-Kota 220 charges a wet cell & AGM battery at the same time .... no problems so far. My MK-220 even says right on the unit that it's for wet cell, maintenance free, and AGM batteries only.
I checked the manual for a MK330D ... page 15 Operating Instructions ( https://minnkotamotors.johnsonoutdoo...l6eEVBJTNEJTNE ) and it says the same thing my MK220 says .... so you're good to go.

While I have mine on charge 24/7 I have to add a lot of water every two months.

My starting & trolling motor batteries are Everstart and the AGM is a Duralast that is for my Livescope/Garmin 93 unit. I do not leave my batteries on my MK220 charger 24/7 ... when in use they're charged after each day's use, but over the cold months when not in use they get charged up every month. The water levels are checked every other month on the Everstart's, but usually don't require added water more than a couple times a year.Quote:

And while I'm thinking about it .... charge your batteries up to full charge & THEN add distilled water !! That is, of course, unless the fluid level has gone below the plates ... in which case add enough distilled water to cover the plates, charge them up to full charge, and then add more distilled water to get the levels up to just below the bottom of the fill holes.
Thanks for all your feedback Pappy, your a great source of information. Well the water level had gone below the plates and it’s been less than two months sense I topped off the water level, so I just ordered two AGM batteries for my trolling motor, but I’m leaving my gas motor on a wet cell battery. I also have a AGM battery for my black box and will start my charging procedure to match yours.
