What EXACTLY is unfair ?
live bait ?
live scope ?
or could it be something EVEN CHEAPER than the minnows ?
well to be sure some say using gulp brand crappie nibbles is cheating .
yet others say hitting private waters is cheating .
and in this case hands down for sure THESE here fake minnerz is for sure hands down promise you ,,,,,,,UNFAIR !
I about never use them , only have a few times , but to be sure fish can't not bite them .
are the 18 in this pack going to last long , NOPE, they tear up almost as fast as a real minnow .
will the fish hold on to them 18 times longer ? no clue :dono
but for sure positive they are flat out DEADLY on crappie
and should probably be on the "that ain't fair list " ! :Rofl
KABOOM is the word ya"ll :Cowboy

I have quite a few bags in the boat. They do tear up quickly. The fish do love them

Sounds like something The wife and I may need to try out on our first season.
Is SLABSauce on the your list ? I have high expectations for that stuff.

I have some too but they are so hard to find. I think the term unfair doesn’t apply to any of your examples except of course one uses them to cheat.

What EXACTLY is unfair ?
Slabsauce is never cheating, cause it supports the best site on the internet too. IMHO.
But yeah, i have a live scope and it did not really change how I fished. All it did was teach me behaviors. Fish behavior, and mine too.
Mainly I’ve seen how easy they are to spook, and that I reel my line in too fast thus pulling it higher in the water column than I’ve thought. That’s it in a nut shell. I don’t “hunt” crappie with it, because I can’t look at the screen and fish at same time. Don’t want to either. Don’t want to burry my head in the screen and look for crappie and then look for my jig and control boat direction and control livescope angle. Too much like work, and too much like playing an app on my phone. I want to enjoy nature and not just see it on my screen.

I have never used those for crappie but I can confirm they are deadly on white bass.

I might have to try 5 or 6 bags of them and see for myself if they are cheating....

Ketchn's right on all counts. I would add though they're about the most expensive bait to catch crappie with. $5.99 or so for 18 means $0.33 each for a bait that never ever lasts for more than 1 fish.
