We will be back for a full week in Feb...hated to leave but had to come home to pay bills...think we were about to really catch them...we fished tuesday afternoon..wed and thurs morning..the ones in the pic were from thurs morning...I bout had to pull my gun on my brother to make him leave the lake

We are headed to that area on the 23rd for a few days. I hope they are still biting when we get there. 12 hr drive is the only bad part, unless we miss the bite! Then that will be twice as bad! What colors were they preferring, if you don’t mind me asking?

How were you fishing? in main lake or creeks coming in or out? spider rigging? jigs? I'm in MO but have fished there before. Doubtful will make it this but WTG for you and your bro. REally hard to leave a lake when the fishing is as good as this! :cheers2
