why don't the scientists develop a highly transmittable, but with milder symptoms and introduce it so everyone will get it and build up the herd immunity? Like starting a backfire to stop a bigger forest fire.
I tested positive Saturday but seemed about like a common cold. Cough and a slightly runny nose. I read where supposedly S. African scientists had done just what I questioned in the beginning.
Might as well be laid up for a week. River is up 20 feet or so since I was doing good. So much for that.

I don’t think that would work as some are highly susceptible to even a small version of it. My folks are on round two of Covid. Last year this time they both went into hospital with it. They both got both doses of vaccine in the summer and now they have it again but with a lot less and milder symptoms than the first time.

Seems that whoever designed this virus be liable for making everyone that gets sick from it,,,only makes sense,,,,

when fauci PAID for this virus to be developed by the communist chinese ILLEGALLY and now denying it, it was imprudent move and wasn't handled properly by those at the source and has done tremendous damage in many countries. SA docs said it would cause mild symptoms and for most folks that is what has occurred. Know many more folks that have this than any other variants and only the heavy smokers have had any real serious issues and they didn't need anything other than bed rest for feeling weak and no appetite and it affects their breathing.

Respiratory therapist buddy at lake says it's the folks who are overweight AND diabetic who are the ones he has lost or other serious underlying issues. otherwise most folks use over the counter cold/flu stuff to treat. this SHOULD hasten this virus going into status of annual cold seasons. STILL be prudent like you would for any virus and keep distant from those with symptoms, wash your hands and social distancing in season.

I heard one of the doctors who worked on team that invented the mrna technology say that the covid vaccines eliminate the natural antibodies from having covid. This makes sense to me and perhaps explains why people are getting covid multiple times.
