DIY 1/8 pillhead jigs....

After I went through the few 1/16 & 1/32 jigs, using my grommet pliers to set up the eyes, I went to my 1/8 #2 hooks and converted them to pillhead, featuring the same 6mm 3d eyes.
The great thing about the dimple is that it makes it easier to center the eyes on the head. The 3rd photo shows head-on or edge profile views. Using my vise grips to regulate the compression gives me a fairly consistent appearance of the head and how the eyes look when viewed head-on.Attachment 414660Attachment 414661Attachment 414662
