Hand painted soft plastics

Saw some neat custom hand painted soft plastic baits. What materials would I need to try that?

I believe Shipsahoy does some plastics painting

I've seen some of those perch he painted. Good stuff for sure.

I use "Spike it" Worm-n-chunk paint, and a very tiny brush.
