Looking to add lithium battery to my boat to power my 24volt terrova. How long can I troll with the lithium 24v battery (1). At 25 percent power? Looking at this option to save space and weight.

You would have to know the amp hour capacity of the battery you plan to use
I have 2 125 ah Inoic, same troller. I can spider rig around 50 hours, longlining around 25 hours, and pulling cranks about 16 hours.
The single 50ah 24volt lithium is what I was looking at. I don't think it will last long enough. I only loneline in the spring. The remainder of the year I spot lock on brush and docks. Just wanted to save space and weight of 2 batteries.
With the 50ah, you'll get about 8 or 9 hours depending on conditions longlining.
A very long time at 25% power. 25% on my 24V is 5A draw, so 10 hours straight trolling. I'm long gone for lunch by then. 50A lithium is equal to group 29 lead acid or group 27 AGM roughly.. they claim to be a group 25 but that's just in capacity and not performance. With lead acid or agm you will have to go higher than 25 after a few hours and draw more amps thus lowering your run time, with lithium you will stay at the same speed all day long until they are dead. So what batteries do you have now and do you drain them? If you have to use group 31's then you want 100ah. If you have group 24 or 27 lead acids and do fine, the 50AH is plenty.
Spot locking you'll be running for days before charging, unless you are in steady strong current.
When I long line plastics at 0.8 I am at 15 on the motor unless there is a strong head wind, and my batteries (2 12v 50AH) will last about 30 hours.
Thanks Kevin22 that's what I was looking for.
