Anyone Slayin' Specks in Okeechobee Yet?

Hey fellas! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and tight lines over the holiday break!

Just checking in on a report of Okeechobee as the season's starting to pick up. Has anyone been fishing up around Scott Driver lately to share anything? My Dad finally ended up moving down there towards the north end of the lake on River Bluff, but he hasn't been out much yet aside from fishing in his basin on the river. Planning on going down there next weekend for a few days and see what we can jig up. We did a lot of pulling holes last year which was pretty lucrative.

It's been a while since I've posted, but I'll definitely share a report next weekend.

Cool. Can’t speak for okeechobee but it’s been picking up here in Florida in general. I’m sure it’ll be good for you. Looking forward to your reports. Hopefully someone who knows will chime in. And good luck.

I'll get there Dec 17 for 5 weeks. Looking forward to a report, water temps are falling, ought to be good.
