This was a couple of days in the making. This past Thursday found me back in Grand Chenere catching crabs again ending the day with 98. Getting home later than expected thanks to Maps on my phone I didn’t get to boil till Friday. On a good note I passed places I had never been to in my state and seen more rice fields than I knew existed, even saw 2 Bald Eagles around Mamou. We ate boiled crabs for two days then cleaned about forty for this big pot of crab and shrimp stew.
