Wylie was 71 degrees on 10/20 on the upper end around Mills CK.

Thanks tackleboat. Most all our lakes are close to the same temps. I gotta work 3 days beginning Saturday then I want to get after 'em again.
These 80 degree days are keeping the water from cooling much. Best I remember I saw 75 before I quit but I also had moved further down the lake. The bite has definitely got more aggressive, I got more THUMP bites than I’ve had in a while.Quote:

Butch right around 70 is the temp I have been hearing as well.

Water temp was 68 yesterday morning and finished 72. No trash at all on the water. Color is just right.
