Found Interesting Low End Cost Bobbin Fix

Now I have not tried this and just thought I would show you guys. I know there are probably a few old ones I stopped using as soon as I bought them when I first started. So maybe I will try to fix them for kicks. However I know lots of you guys are on a tight budget and this may help a lot, I really don't know yet.
