Any day with fish in the boat is a good day. Thank you for the report

Glad you posted.
You know the old saying, it’s not the fish I’m after.

Yes, posts have been scarce around here on the Tennessee forum as of late. Myself, I've been occupied with remodeling the house and battling some other issues as well. The house is almost completed, a few minor things left. But, it will be better soon and I can get back to it on a consistent basis. Thank you for the report.

I've read that Reelfoot can be a dangerous lake to fish, is that true?
Anyway I'm glad you got out, I will be as well soon.

Lots of stumps just under the water

Stumps galore and inches below suAttachment 409483rface....that and stronger wind make it challenging....Attachment 409482
If you can zoom in on pic with rods, can see those white birds out in open water....theyre standing on the stumps

All those stumps sound great for fishing bad for boats

I thought I saw a few guide boats out but not sure if they did any good and most likely will not know .....drifted the flat deeper portion and even into the shallower but just wasn't biting for me....slow...fast....notta.
My wife says can't catch fish unless I pay someone to take me......and Im starting to believe her
