Yes Jack, it’s an osprey. They are fantastic fishermen. There’s a video, I think on YouTube, of an Osprey diving from way high into 3’ of water for a flounder. Worth watching, amazing birds as are most birds of prey.

They usually don't fly away with a small fish. Definitely a formidable predator
