rod comparison of these 2

well i did make the purchase of the ACC Crappie stix model GS66M it has the back bone but lacks a soft tip, going to keep it and use it, i am curious so my next thought is if any one has ever fished the pro Angler 6 1/2 footer and the ACC crappie stix in 6 1/2 ft side by side, does the Pro Angler have a softer tip. i feel the ACC GS66m is a bit stiff at the tip to cast the lighter jigs. i have 2 wally Marshall rods one in 7ft and a 6 ft, they are good rods trying to find the perfect 6 1/2 footer, any thoughts

It’s out of your budget, so I suggest the BnM TCB as an alternative.

actually i did have this TCB in a 6 1/2 footer in mind too along with the pro angler

The tip of the TCB is thin is dental floss and will shatter like glass if you make a single mistake with the rod. Cost of a new tip for the TCB is 30$ plus 15$ s/h. Just an fyi.

I agree with this rod and the TCB. I was fortunate enough to win one of these and caught my personal best crappie with it.

i am curious no one replied anything about the pro angler.. so far it looks to be the Bucks Graphite Crappie rod SP65Gn so far, now the search begins, hopefully under retail

My guess is people haven’t used pro angler tackle rods. They need to.
